Dragonfly Interactive is looking for onsite-freelance help in various areas. We operate much like a traditional ad agency in terms of quality and attention to detail, but without the multiple levels of management. Because we're small, things get done quicker, people have more responsibility, and opinions are valued. Our clients are stable and we seem to be growing quite well these days.

We're interested in people who can work independently and take design direction well. We work on Macs, but use Windows for development and of course testing. Website Development -

Onsite Freelance (Part Time/Full time potential)

Looking for additional resources for PHP development work, mainly with content management systems. Some of the key skills needed are:

• 5+ years of solid experience developing BUSINESS Web site projects
• Web development experience in PHP and MySQL
• Knowledge of Linux server set up
• Must be able to take art director's designs and develop standard's based HTML and CSS
• Good knowledge of CSS is helpful
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with modifying/extending turn key PHP CMS systems such as CMSMS, Drupal, Joomla is helpful
• ActionScript knowledge is very helpful

Web Production and Development -

Onsite Freelance (Part Time/Full time potential)

Producing approved Web site designs, developing HTML and optimized images for Web pages, ad banners, animations and other online work. Could result in part or full time work.

• 5+ years of solid experience developing BUSINESS Web site projects
• Must be able to take art director's designs and develop standard's based HTML and CSS in Dreamweaver
• A portfolio of professional business Web sites (please, no Web site's of bands or student work)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (CSS layout preferred).
• 3+ years experience with Flash
• Understanding of design fundamentals such as balance, color and font usage
• Solid working experience with Mac OSX
• Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator experience preferred

Our ideal candidate is someone with agency experience from the production side of the business. So if you deal with code and pixels on a regular basis, and want to keep working on top level Web sites, we have an opportunity for you.

Creative Copywriter -

We often have a need for individuals who can write ad/creative copy for business Web sites, online ad campaigns and print materials. Some of the requirements are:

• 4+ years of solid BUSINESS writing for professional Web sites and print/communication materials
• Must be able to write short, precise copy to fit the creative needs of the project
• Need understanding of how copy works with design
• Headline and tagline abilities are a must, as well as basic proofreading skills
• Must be able to do creative concepting with designers
• Must be able to meet with designers and clients onsite
• Agency or in-house creative experience is helpful
