NERC is a self-regulatory organization whose function is to ensure the reliability of the bulk power system in North America. The need was to organize massive amounts of information in a comprehensive manner.

There was also a need to give a visual identity to NERC which conveyed a regulatory image but not to be confused with a government site.

We created a dynamic, self-publishing, expandable site, fully customized in PHP and SQL. This enabled the development of a powerful document management system with search functions powered by Google's search appliance. NERC can now add, search, and manage 1000+ downloadable files. The system allows them to add pages and sub-sections which publish dynamically in the site's navigation.
